The dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It is organised so that the things waiting on you sit at the top, the size of your book sits under them, and the recurring work sits below that. Everything updates live — you do not need to reload it.

Every row on every table links straight to the submission or contract it names.

What needs your attention

Three counters across the top. If all three read zero, there is nothing for you to do today.

• Awaiting Your Signature — contracts sent to you through BoldSign that nobody has signed yet.
• Pending Pricing Acceptance — submissions Barkr has priced, where you have not yet accepted or declined.
• Awaiting Contract Generation — pricing you have accepted, where Barkr is still preparing the agreement.

Your portfolio

• Total Priced Submissions — the sum of Barkr valuations across all your submissions.
• Active Contracts — how many contracts are currently in force.
• Expiring Contracts — contracts within thirty days of their end date. See Renewing a contract.

The action queues

Contracts Awaiting Your Signature

Listed by VSA number, with the date each was sent for signature. These rows are highlighted, because a contract is not in force until it is signed. When it is empty it reads No contracts awaiting your signature.

Pending Pricing Acceptance

Submissions that have reached Ready, with the date the pricing landed. Open one to review the valuation table and decide.

Pricing does not stay open indefinitely. A submission you do not act on becomes Inactive after two weeks and has to be re-run before you can contract on it — see Requesting a re-run.

Recurring work

Contracts to Renew

Contracts inside their final thirty days, with a countdown to the end date alongside the date itself. Once you have applied for a renewal the row stays visible but is labelled Renewal requested and dimmed, so you can see it is handled without it disappearing.

Empty, it reads No contracts are expiring soon.

Submissions to Rerun

Submissions that went Inactive, with the date they did. A re-run brings one back for fresh pricing.

Pricing In Progress

The last panel, and purely informational: submissions Barkr is working on, with the date each was submitted. Nothing here needs anything from you — it is there so you can see where a submission has got to without opening it.

What is not on the dashboard

The dashboard shows work in flight. For the full history — every submission you have ever sent, or every contract including expired and cancelled ones — use Submissions and Contracts in the sidebar. Both are searchable, sortable tables.
